It is the widest boulevard in Canada running 14 blocks. Mr James Gill was Councilor of North Vancouver from 1901-1904. The Grandmanor has been operating as a guest house since 1985, by Donna Patrick.This heritage home is located in the heart of North Vancouver. Five blocks to Lonsdale, 20 minutes to down town Vancouver. Close to all amenities and skiing at Grouse, Cypress and Seymore are 15 minutes away.
